The Haruta 8" Kiritsuke is a chef's-status knife in the Japanese tradition — a hybrid blade combining the precision of a yanagiba (slicer) with the flat profile of a usuba (vegetable knife), making it equally at home filleting fish or chopping vegetables.

- Reverse-tanto tip for precise control on intricate cuts
