At Santoku Knives, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused tools within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the knife in its original wooden gift box and protective sheath to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master bladesmiths inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your full refund within 5-7 business days.
